What’s happening to the Rewards Program?
We’re retiring the current Knockaround Rewards Program at the end of the 2025 year.
- Point accumulation stopped on December 4, 2025
- The program ends on December 31, 2025
- All unused points and rewards expire on December 31, 2025
A new rewards experience is coming in 2026.

Can I still redeem my points?
Yes! Point redemption is available until December 31, 2025.
- 100 points = $1
- Maximum redemption per order: 1500 points ($15)
- Up to 6 redemptions per 7-day period
- Reward codes expire 14 days after creation
After December 31, all points and unused rewards expire.

Why can I only redeem up to $15 per order?
Our Terms & Conditions limit redemptions to 1500 points ($15) per order.

Why did my reward code expire?
Reward codes expire 14 days after they’re created.
Once expired, they cannot be reinstated or extended.

Can you extend my points or give me more time?
We’re unable to extend, reinstate, or adjust point balances as the program retires on December 31, 2025.

Why did point earning stop?
Point accumulation paused on December 4, 2025 as part of winding down the program and introduction of a new program come 2026.

Can I combine multiple rewards or use more than one code?
You may redeem up to 6 rewards in 7 days, but only one reward code per order, up to $15.

Can I use points on shipping, taxes, duties, or certain products?
Points cannot be used toward:
- Shipping
- Taxes
- Duties
- Prescription/Rx orders
- Gift cards
- Pre-orders

What if I return an order where I earned or used points?
Per our Terms:
- Points earned from a returned purchase will be removed
- Points used on a purchase cannot be refunded back to your account

Can you manually adjust my points?
No. We are not able to manually add, adjust, reinstate, or convert points.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Accounts and points are personal and cannot be shared, combined, or transferred.

What happens after December 31?
The program fully closes.
- Points cannot be redeemed
- Reward codes expire
- No manual updates or extensions can be provided
